Our story
Lomond Kitchen was initially founded by brothers Stuart and David Fraser as part of a wider vision to provide food of consistent quality, with a focus on sustainability. Built on the banks of Loch Lomond, our purpose-built kitchen is more than just a food production space - it’s a model for rural resilience.
Everything we do is designed to reduce environmental impact and strengthen the local food economy. We grow our own produce, keep bees for honey, make Loch Lomond Ice Cream using local dairy, and roast our own coffee - all powered by renewable energy and delivered in electric vehicles.
By supplying the Oak Tree Inn, St Mocha Coffee Shops, and other local businesses, we help keep food production close to home. Lomond Kitchen represents a new chapter for hospitality: grounded in place, committed to quality, and shaped by care for the environment.
